Whats New in Medline.com

We have a new site navigation menu on Medline.com that is designed to enhance accessibility and simplify the user experience.

Starting Friday, January 6, users will see a new header design on Medline.com that offers a simplified account menu and cleaner global navigation elements that are optimized for accessibility.

To improve our users experience and to avoid confusion we have added some new availability messages on Medline.com.

Users of Medline.com are now able to customize and order embroidery for lab coats directly online. For now, customized embroidery on Medline.com is limited to lab coats…

Medline.com customers will see six new order status notifications at the order and line level: Shipped with Backorder(s), Partially Shipped, Out for Delivery, In-Transit, Shipped, and Delivered

We have recently added two additional carriers to our list for online order tracking. Customers can now track deliveries made by United States Post Office (USPS) and Lone Star Overnight (LSO).

To improve our users experience and to avoid confusion, we have added the Ship Schedule information to the order page. If an account is on a ship schedule, we now display this information on the My Account page, the shopping cart, and Order page.

We’ve enhanced our new allocated items list page to make it easier for our users to have visibility to their allocated items. We added CMIR and GL codes to the display, as well as within the Excel download feature.

We’ve redesigned the product information tabs located on the product family pages to make it easier for users to see and interact with important product details.

We’ve made enhancements to the Search Orders Page to deliver faster search results. Simply enter a PO number, order number, sold-to, ship-to or GLN value in the “Search for” field and then select what type of value you entered in the “by” field.
