Custom Embroidery Ordering on Medline.com
April 19, 2022Users of Medline.com are now able to customize and order embroidery for lab coats directly online. For now, customized embroidery on Medline.com is limited to lab coats, however you can still order embroidery on other products by calling 1-800-MEDLINE (1-800-633-5463).
How it works:
Products eligible for custom embroidery have a new “Embroidery Available” icon displayed below the item description on the product page. Select a SKU and then click the “Add Embroidery” button to launch the customization wizard. The step-by-step wizard guides you through the customization options. Select placement, choose from logo and/or text templates, and then enter any custom text with font and size options.
Once customization is complete, your embroidery selections are displayed in the shopping cart to confirm your selections before submitting your order.

Please note the following:
- Custom embroidered items are not returnable.
- Older browsers such as Internet Explorer will not support this new feature. Customers should visit Medline.com using a modern web browser such as Chrome, Edge, or Firefox
